Property Details

The Peace Cottage overlooks Lake Macatawa and a large sandy beach. It is a two bedroom, one bath unit with a full kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils and lots of cookware..

Additionally, the cottage is fully heated with a large gas fireplace - perfect for a romantic weekend getaway (Sept - May only)..

There are also two window A/C units in this cottage. One is located in the enclosed porch and the other is located in the back of the unit. Both A/C units keep this unit very cool in the summer.

The Peace cottage requires a minimum two night stay from September thru early June. From mid-June thru late August the cottage is available for WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY!

The Peace can comfortably sleep up to 7 people (ideal is 3 adults and 3 children). There are two queen beds, one double bed (futon couch) and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a twin on the bottom.

The units come equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided, but can be provided for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.

Hi-speed wireless Internet is provided at no charge to guests.

Picnic tables are provided with all units.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of your booking. Please review the following terms before making a reservation:

Cancellation Fee
• A cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply to all cancellations.

Refund Guidelines
• 100.00% refund if 20 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).
• 50.00% refund if 15 days before arrival (minus the cancellation fee).

Deposit Policy

All rentals are required to provide proof of auto insurance and be capable of pulling the weight of the camper which is approx 1100 for the 10 foot camper and 2200 lbs for the 12 foot campers. Security/Damage deposit of $200.00 for all campers at the time you make your reservation...

Please remember that you must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent any of our campers. Also we do not allow any of our campers to travel to Mexico. Sorry we no longer allow you to use any of our campers on the infield at any of the racetracks.

*All campers must be returned clean and in the same condition as you received it, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee imposed of $50.00.

*Please note that we no longer deliver any of our campers to any campsite or campground. You must come to our location to pick up your camper.
