The Retreat House sleeps 25-30 (depending on the number of children), has 6 bedrooms on the second floor, plus an expansive third-floor sleeping loft with 5 double beds and a bunk bed.
There are also 3.5 baths, two kitchens, and a large enclosed porch that overlooks Lake Macatawa.
The house is located on the waterfront and includes several picnic tables, a large charcoal grill, a large Weber gas grill, horseshoes, and a huge fire pit for evening campfires!
The house is situated on a small hill and features a walkway that leads down to an expansive waterfront deck and continues on to the west dock, which features slips for up to six boats and offers great fishing for bass, walleye, bluegills, sunnies, perch, white bass, and sheephead.
The main level of the house features a large living and dining area that is connected to a three-season porch via two sets of French doors.
