The Waikato House has been sold. This house is no longer being rented.
The Waikato house has three bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a twin and a queen bed, another bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom, and the last bedroom has a queen bed.
There is one full bath on the second floor and one half bath on the main floor.
There is a very large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. The living room has a 42" HD flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a stereo receiver.
The house has a gas grill, patio furniture, and an attached garage. Situated on just under an acre, there is plenty of room to run with the kids and still enjoy lots of privacy. The home is in an incredible neighborhood; many consider it to be the premier neighborhood in the city. The road has very low traffic, and there are bike paths for biking and walking.
The great thing about this house is its location. Just two miles from downtown Holland and four miles from Holland State Park, this house is ideally situated for great times with friends and family.
Central A/C is provided.
The unit comes equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Guests need to provide their own laundry detergent. Large personal bath towels are NOT provided but can be offered for a one-time fee of $35.00. Daily maid service is NOT included.
Recommended occupancy: 4-8 adults or 4-6 adults with 2-4 children.
